The whole organism as it is set up is concretely in synergy with the Government of the Order under the direct accompaniment of a Definitor General. The Constitutions, n. 24, 5 state: «The General Secretariat for Formation should be both at the disposition of the general superiors, as well as to the superiors of the different circumscriptions, offering them assistance and information so that it may support all matters pertaining to formation.» With the new structure given to the organism of animation for formation, composed of the President, from the CIF and from the SGF, the General Minister with the Definitory, has wanted to make the best possible and complete reality to assist the Ministers and the brothers, as the Constitutions express in the Latin text with the word officium posted at the beginning of n. 24, 5. This is why they have thought about the following reorganization of the General Office of the Formation:
