Ministers of the Divine Mercy

 

 

IOne of the outstanding features of our Capuchin history is the number of holy friars who have been committed to the ministry of reconciliation in the Church. Inspired by their example, the General Office for Formation is organising a course of in-service training and reflection, to be held at San Giovanni Rotondo from March 14 to 18, 2011. This of course was the home of the best-known Capuchin confessor, Saint Pio of Pietrelcina. The course will be a celebration of International Reconciliation Week, on the theme of “The Sacrament of Reconciliation in a secularised world”. The course is open to all Capuchin brothers and to other religious and secular priests who understand any of the three languages – Italian, English and Spanish.
